MISSION

Our mission is to join you on your journey, guiding you to reach your peak performance. Using our extensive, diverse background in fitness we will create a unique process curated to your needs and goals. Our multifaceted approach will tackle mental and physical barriers and, in breaking through, will help you achieve more than was imaginable.

KARIM TONSY, ACE/ASFA/AFAA CERTIFIED

My founding of Tonskin is the culmination of a lifetime of study in movement and fitness. From Cairo, to London, to Chicago; my experiences as an award winning choreographer/trainer, host of my own fitness program on the Nile Variety network, and manager/operator of fitness for a multitude of gyms have cultivated my fitness philosophy. Share the journey. Connect. Strive.
Through my continued study and participation I found my true passion in training others. Whether in groups or one-on-one, I take great pride in seeing people grow in confidence and strength. There is something singularly unique about crafting a regimen for an individual’s needs. I thrive in creating these paths. Tailoring them to your lifestyle, body structure, plans, dreams, and passions. Helping you reach past your goals to a level beyond what was initially thought possible.
Together, we will tackle mental roadblocks to achieve physical objectives. Being alongside you in this journey is where I come alive. The term workout, at Tonskin, is a misnomer. It won’t be work. It will be fun. It will be rewarding. And, in seeing those rewards, we will grow.
